For the spin effect i did exactly the same settings at the start as i did with the zoom effect, but instead i changed the settings when i went to Filter>Blur>Radial Blur.

Spin effect
For the spin effect i did exactly the same settings at the start as i did with the zoom effect, but instead i changed the settings when i went to Filter>Blur>Radial Blur.
I changed the Blur method to 'Spin' and changed the amount of effect that i wanted. Here is my final image outcome:
