Boarder

Firstly i uploaded the image that i was going to use which was this one^^

I then picked a colour from the right hand side of the tool bar, i chose the colour black because i thought it would work well with this black and white photo. 

I then made a new layer by going to Layer>New Layer. I selected the brush tool and held down the shift key which enabled me to draw a straight line around the edge of the picture without going out of the lines. I drew around the edges to get this: 

I then went to Filter>Blur>Gaussian Blur which allowed me to blur the edges of the boarder to give it a better effect.
